Skramshots Photography ("we", "us") operates this website and an email newsletter for fine art print collectors and exhibition updates. We also operate the Skramshots Image Posting Scheduler, a personal tool used to manage and schedule image posts to our own social media accounts. This policy explains how we handle data in connection with both.

Email Newsletter

If you sign up for updates via our website or at an exhibition, we collect your email address for the sole purpose of sending you news about future exhibitions and limited edition print releases. We do not use this list for any other purpose, and we do not sell, rent, or share your email address with any third party for their own marketing use.

Signup requires your explicit consent via a checkbox, and confirmation via a double opt-in email before you are added to the list. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link included in every email we send, or by contacting us directly at the address below. Unsubscribing removes you from the list and stops all future emails.

Our newsletter is managed through MailerLite, who process this data on our behalf as outlined below.

Data Collection — Image Posting Scheduler

The Skramshots Image Posting Scheduler does not collect, store, or process data from any third-party users. The tool is used exclusively by Skramshots Photography to automate posts to our own Pinterest and Instagram accounts.
